About The Project
This project is a full renovation of a historic 1700s barn, converting it into a modern, energy-efficient home.
The transformation included 3 newly built roofs, timber stud lined and insulated walls and floors. Also making new openings in the granite walls for windows and doors. Along with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bespoke staircase.
Both ground and first floor feature underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump, providing efficient low-carbon heating.
